RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vogue Style, every piece is individually handcrafted and made-to-order just for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our production process, we do not offer cash refunds or cancellations once an order has entered production.

However, your perfect fit and satisfaction are our top priorities! We happily offer the following options:

Complimentary Sizing Alterations: If your garment does not fit perfectly, you can ship it back to our Accra studio within 7 days of delivery for free adjustments.

Store Credit or Exchanges: If an item arrives with a production defect or error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly exchange the item or issue a full store credit.

Return Conditions:

Garments must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered by external tailors, and have all original tags attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our studio unless the return is due to a production error.
