PRODUCTION TIMELINE 

Because we prioritize quality and sustainability, all of our garments are made-to-order. Please allow a two-week production window for your piece to be cut, sewn and prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATIONS

Once production is complete, your package will be handed over to our courier partners. Estimated transit times are as follows:

. Local delivery (within Ghana) : 1 to 3 business days via local courier.

. international shipping: 5 to 20 business days via international courier (DHL/Ghana post), depending on your location.

please note : Delivery timelines are estimated and do not include potential customs delay in your destination country.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES &TAXES

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by your country’s government. These charges are calculated at the border and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
