Thank you for shopping with us. Because each of our pieces is individually made-to-order and tailored specifically to your request, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds once production has begun.

SIZING & ALTERATIONS 

To ensure the perfect fit, please refer closely to our size guide or add your measurements as a note before placing your order. If you receive your garment and require minor size adjustments, we are happy to offer alteration service. Please note: the buyer is responsible for all local or international return shipping costs associated with alterations.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the rate event that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
